Do you accept my insurance?
The following plans are currently accepted: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue & Shield, Empire BCBS, Excellus BCBS, Highmark, Meritain Health, MVP, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, United Medical Resources (UMR), United HealthCare (UHC).

Please note that Medicaid, Medicare and Empire NYSHIP plans are not accepted.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment can be made by any major credit card or by Venmo.
Can I use my Out of Network (OON) benefits?
Yes! Out-of-network benefits are also accepted. A superbill will be submitted directly to your insurance company on your behalf, so you don't have to! Some out-of-network plans reimburse at 100 percent!
What happens during the initial intake session?
At the first appointment, we will get to know each other and gather information to determine how I can help you address your needs. This appointment is 60 minutes.
How long is a therapy session?
All sessions following the initial intake are 45-53 minutes. Clients typically do best with weekly sessions, at least to start with.
