What forms of payment are accepted?
Yes! Out-of-network benefits are also accepted. A superbill will be submitted directly to your insurance company on your behalf, so you don't have to! Some out-of-network plans reimburse at 100 percent!
The following plans are currently accepted: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue & Shield, Cigna & Evernorth, Empire BCBS, Excellus BCBS, Highmark, Meritain Health, MVP, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, Quest, United Medical Resources (UMR), United HealthCare (UHC).
Payment can be made by any major credit card or by Venmo.
What happens during the initial intake session?
How long is a therapy session?
At the first appointment, we will get to know each other and gather information to determine how I can help you address your needs. This appointment is 60 minutes.
All sessions following the initial intake are 45-53 minutes. Clients typically do best with weekly sessions, at least to start with.
