What are Out of Network (OON) benefits?
OON benefits are insurance benefits that your plan may reimburse you for therapy with a provider who is not contracted with your insurance company.
How do I know if I have OON benefits?
Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask. Some out-of-network plans reimburse at 80 percent or more!
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment can be made by any major credit card or by Venmo.
How do I use my of OON benefits?
A superbill will be submitted directly to your insurance company on your behalf, so you don't have to!
What happens during the initial intake session?
At the first appointment, we will get to know each other and gather information to determine how I can help you address your needs. This appointment is 60 minutes.
How long is a therapy session?
All sessions following the initial intake are 45-53 minutes. Clients typically do best with weekly sessions, at least to start with.
